EVENT PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT & TICKET TERMS

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending any event organized by Perfect Pairing Events Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by this Event Participation Agreement & Ticket Terms (“Agreement”).

1. Ticket Purchase & Payment

All tickets must be purchased through our official website or authorized ticketing platform.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Tickets are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

Tickets are valid only for the specific event date and location indicated at the time of purchase.

2. Refunds, Transfers & Cancellations

No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable except as expressly stated below.

Refunds will only be issued if:

• The event is cancelled by Perfect Pairing Events Inc., and

• No rescheduled date is offered.

Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations, social compatibility, event format, group dynamics, menu variations, or other subjective factors does not qualify for a refund.

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend an event, you may request a ticket transfer by contacting info@perfectpairingevents.com prior to the event date.

Transfer requests are subject to approval and availability and are not guaranteed. Perfect Pairing Events Inc. reserves the right to refuse transfer requests at its discretion.

3. Event Modifications

Perfect Pairing Events Inc. reserves the right to modify any aspect of the event at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Schedule

• Format

• Activities

• Interactive components

• Chefs or instructors

• Venue layout

• Menu, ingredients, or recipes

Modifications may occur without prior notice due to operational, safety, supply, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Live Culinary Environment Disclaimer

Participants acknowledge that events take place in a live culinary environment.

Unforeseen circumstances may arise, including but not limited to:

• Ingredient shortages

• Equipment malfunction

• Baking or preparation outcomes

• Timing constraints

• Food texture, doneness, or presentation variations

The Company reserves the right to substitute dishes, modify recipes, or adjust interactive components as necessary.

Minor deviations from advertised menu items or format do not constitute grounds for refund or compensation.

5. Nature of the Experience & No Guarantee of Outcomes

Perfect Pairing Events Inc. provides curated social cooking experiences designed to encourage interaction.

Participants acknowledge that:

• The experience is subjective and may vary.

• Levels of interaction may differ throughout the event.

• Group dynamics are outside the Company’s control.

• No social, romantic, friendship, or personal outcomes are guaranteed.

• Compatibility between attendees cannot be assured.

The Company facilitates the environment but does not guarantee specific connections or matches.

6. Participation Eligibility

All participants must be at least 19 years of age at the time of the event.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that:

• You meet the age requirement.

• You are legally permitted to attend events where alcohol may be served.

• You are physically able to participate in light cooking activities.

• You will inform the Company in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies.

The Company reserves the right to verify age and deny entry if eligibility requirements are not met.

7. Assumption of Risk – Cooking & Participation

Participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Cuts

• Burns

• Slips

• Allergic reactions

• Food-related incidents

Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Participants agree to follow all chef and staff instructions while using kitchen tools and equipment.

8. Assumption of Risk – Social Interaction

Events involve interaction with other attendees.

Perfect Pairing Events Inc. is not responsible for:

• Statements made by participants

• Conduct of other attendees

• Interactions occurring before, during, or after the event

Participants are solely responsible for their personal decisions and interactions.

9. Alcohol Service

Alcohol may be served under Ontario Special Occasion Permit regulations.

Participants must be 19 years of age or older and provide valid government-issued photo identification.

The Company reserves the right to refuse alcohol service or remove any individual who appears intoxicated or behaves inappropriately.

10. Health & Safety Compliance

Participants agree to comply with all health and safety guidelines communicated by:

• Perfect Pairing Events Inc.

• The hosting venue

• Chefs or instructors

• Applicable public health authorities

The Company reserves the right to deny entry or remove any participant who:

• Appears ill

• Fails to follow safety instructions

• Creates a health or safety risk

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

11. Code of Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

Participants must conduct themselves respectfully.

Perfect Pairing Events Inc. reserves the right to:

• Refuse entry

• Remove a participant

• Deny future participation

at its sole discretion for disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful behaviour.

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

12. Photography & Media Release

By attending, you grant Perfect Pairing Events Inc. the irrevocable right to photograph, film, and record your image, likeness, and voice during the event.

Such media may be used for marketing, promotional, advertising, and social media purposes without compensation.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify the Company in writing at least 48 hours prior to the event. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate such requests, complete exclusion from group imagery cannot be guaranteed.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, Perfect Pairing Events Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation.

The Company’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the ticket.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

14. Indemnification

Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Perfect Pairing Events Inc., its directors, officers, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Their conduct at the event

• Violation of this Agreement

• Interactions with other participants

15. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing a ticket, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Perfect Pairing Events Inc. to attempt resolution.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in denial of future participation.

16. Force Majeure

Perfect Pairing Events Inc. shall not be liable for cancellation, delay, or modification due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Power outages

• Venue issues

• Supplier failure

• Public health restrictions

• Government orders

• Severe weather

17. Intellectual Property

All event concepts, formats, branding, materials, and content are the intellectual property of Perfect Pairing Events Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

18. Amendments

Perfect Pairing Events Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time.

The version of the Agreement in effect at the time of ticket purchase shall govern your participation in that event.

19. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
