Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
These Ticket Sales Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and use of tickets for events organized by Perfect Pairing Events Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a ticket, you ("Purchaser," "you," or "your") agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Event Details
Tickets are sold for specific events, such as cooking classes for singles, organized by Perfect Pairing Events Inc. All event details, including dates, times, locations, and ticket prices, are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Company. We reserve the right to modify the program or content of the event at any time.

3. Ticket Purchase and Payment

• All ticket purchases must be made through our website or authorized third-party ticketing platforms.

• Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods specified on the checkout page.

• Upon successful purchase, a confirmation email with the ticket(s) will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your contact information.

• Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is not guaranteed until payment is completed.

4. Refunds, Cancellations, and Transfers

• No Refunds: All ticket sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Event Cancellation/Postponement: If an event is canceled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified via email. In the event of a cancellation, you may choose to either receive a refund or transfer your ticket to another event.

• Ticket Transfers: Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise authorized by Perfect Pairing Events Inc. If you are unable to attend the event, please contact us for options.

5. Alcohol Service and Special Occasion Permit (SOP)

• Alcohol may be served or sold at some events in accordance with Ontario’s Special Occasion Permit (SOP) regulations. You must be 19 years or older to purchase or consume alcohol. Government-issued photo identification will be required for proof of age.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or is unable to provide proper identification.

6. Participation Requirements

• All attendees must be 19 years or older to participate in our events. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

• By attending our events, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with cooking classes, including potential injuries (e.g., cuts, burns) and food allergies. You assume full responsibility for your participation and agree to notify us in advance of any dietary restrictions or allergies.

7. Photography and Media Release

• By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you grant Perfect Pairing Events Inc. permission to photograph, videotape, or otherwise record your image and/or voice during the event. You agree that these images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes without compensation to you.

• If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in advance by emailing info@perfectpairingevents.com.

8. Code of Conduct
We expect all attendees to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. Perfect Pairing Events Inc. reserves the right to refuse entry or remove from the event any individual whose behavior is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe.

9. Health and Safety

• Attendees agree to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the Company, the venue, and local public health authorities, including but not limited to food safety and alcohol consumption guidelines.

• Perfect Pairing Events Inc. reserves the right to deny entry to anyone exhibiting symptoms of illness or refusing to follow safety protocols in place at the time of the event.

10. Limitation of Liability
Perfect Pairing Events Inc. shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation in the event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Company. By attending the event, you release and discharge the Company from all liability arising from any accidents, injuries, or claims.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

12. Amendments
Perfect Pairing Events Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the Terms prior to purchasing a ticket or attending an event.
